Dear Friends and Colleagues, It is with great pleasure and anticipation that the Lebanese Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery extends a cordial welcome to its 23rd Annual Congress that will be held on November 2-3, 2018 at Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon. This exceptional event will be held in the magical and vibrant city of Beirut bringing updated insight into the latest and most efficient techniques in our field.This Congress will offer a unique model of a large-scale academic event dedicated to teaching and training in Head and Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Otology and Neurotology; It will provide a challenging scientific program in the form of keynote lectures, scientific sessions, symposia and a huge exhibition. It is expected to attract substantial attendance with prominent experts

from Canada, USA, Europe and the region.The scientific sessions will be richer than ever. The Facial Plastic surgery sessions will deal with different surgical and non-surgical aspects of facial rejuvenation and remodeling. Training workshops will be dedicated to Otoplasty, fillers and neuromodulators. Otology sessions will discuss the latest advancements in the field of cochlear and middle ear implants and pathology.
