Note 2: Funding application to FC of LegCo is not required as the project is developed by private
developer(s) according to the conditions of land grant.
Note 3: The VSP originally allocated to Dr. Catherine F Woo Memorial School (pm session) for
whole-day conversion was deferred due to land possession arrangements. The School has
subsequently been directly allocated with another VSP in 2009. Details of the direct allocation
concerned are provided under Item 6 of Annex 2.
Note 4: The VSP originally allocated to SKH Yuen Chen Maun Chen Primary School (pm session) was
not taken forward due to local concerns and technical issues. The School has subsequently merged
with another primary school to form a whole-day primary school in 2009, and no longer requires
an allocation of school premises. Note 5: Funding application of the concerned project to FC of LegCo is pending.
