Camelia Arhap - Socialising by Religion

The activities are meant to help the trainees appreciate RELIGIOUS DIVERSITY as a value, considering things from different perspectives. They help to motivate teachers to raise positive attitudes towards pluriculturalism and to respect different values, traditions and cultural characteristics.

Activity no.1 has been appreciated highly by the whole team with no modifications suggested. Activities 2 and 3 are to be improved in terms of making them more explicitly linked to teacher training and enriching them with references to other religions than Christianity.

The team recommended to address the activities to teacher trainers and trainees and to clarify the aims and instructions of the activities. The need to make the relationship between the activity and teacher training explicit has been considered essential in order to improve the activities.
