Resentment, wrath, indignation, fury, rage

Keeps under control Child needs correction = “time out”
“When you get angry, count to ten. When you are really angry, count to a hundred.”

Is all anger sin? NO !

Psychologists tell us to get it off our chest !
Problem – it does not work !

The way you act is determined by the way you feel.
Feelings are changed by your thinking !
Transform = “metamorphoo” - change
“Do not make friends with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered, or you may learn his ways and get yourself ensnared.”
