The role of the James Pendleton Angel Department is to act as a support network to property owners or buy to let investors. Using our expertise within the property industry we are able to provide a comprehensive and personable post sales service, completely free of charge, extending support and guidance for all your property and market needs.

Our Angel team are delighted to offer a free key holding concierge system, invaluable if your family is visiting or if your property is ever in need of a workman while you’re stuck at work or if you have accidentally locked yourself out. You can be assured that there will be a spare set of your property’s keys in your local James Pendleton office.

• Full record of anyone using your keys with your consent

• Access to your spare keys within office hours

This service is completely free and is offered to all local property owners. All you need to do is hand a set of keys in to our office for our Angel to tag up and file away in our secure key holding system. Alternatively if you would prefer one of our ‘Angels’ can attend your property directly to collect a set of keys and take to your local office.

To arrange for release of your keys simply email us at: angel@jphomes.co.uk with your permission along with the name and contact number of the person collecting the keys and details of the length of time they should have them.
