Productive Business Solutions (PBS) is a multinational IT company with numerous regional partners: Cisco, Oracle, Xerox, among others. PBS has a

presence in over sixteen countries: Miami, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Anguilla, Antigua, Dominica, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada,

Trinidad, Aruba, Curacao, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Provided Regional Pre-Sales Support for the Sales Team: Customer Visits, Technical Design, Bill Of Material, Deal Registration, Deal Closure Provided Regional Post-Sales Support for numerous solutions: Network Solutions, Network Security Solutions, Virtualization Solutions, etc.

Project managed various IT hardware and software implementations

Designed and project managed a Collaboration Solution based on the Cisco Business Edition 6000 Platform (CUCM, Jabber, Expressway-C,

Expressway-E, and Prime Collaboration), Cisco 2911 ISR Router, Cisco MCU5310, and SX20 endpoints within eight (8) physically diverse

locations across five (5) countries: Jamaica, USA, Guatemala, Ireland, and New Zealand. The core applications were implemented at a

Datacenter behind a Cisco Firewall and Public IP Address. The remote endpoints registered with the core applications via the Internet without

the need for a VPN connection. The system facilitated one-to-one video calls, as well as multiparty video conference calls complete with internal

In 2014, the Ministry of Education awarded Productive Business Solutions with a contract to supply, deliver, and support 10,500 tablets in nine

(9) schools across Jamaica. This included spare parts to cover warranty replacements for one year. I project managed the first phase of the

Tablet in School Project. This included the design of the tablets: tablet specifications, look and feel, customer branding, accessories, quality

control, vendor communications, security restrictions (Mobile Operating System Bricking), and logistics of emergency shipments to proactively

alleviate the constrained delivery timelines. Due to the need to fulfil more important activities (Sales Support), the tablet deployment and support

phases were handled by other Project Managers
