The regional public transport authority shall
present and decide on a public transport provision
programme.
The programme shall incorporate all forms of
regional transport and give expression to the
needs for regional public transport within the
county and the goals for public transport provision.

transport (within the county and commuting to and
from work, or some other form of daily travel)
