The regional public transport authority shall

present and decide on a public transport provision

programme.

The programme shall incorporate all forms of

regional transport and give expression to the

needs for regional public transport within the

county and the goals for public transport provision.

transport (within the county and commuting to and

from work, or some other form of daily travel)

Following a decision on the service obligation shall

start the procurement process and

agreements/contracts shall be entered into

No exclusive rights are allowed

It shall be possible to appeal against decisions on

the service obligation to provide public transport

A requirement that the transport company shall

inform the regional public transport authority before

the commencement of services and before the

conclusion of services

services it offers for a common system of
