OUR COMMUNITY

The Jackson County Central School District serves the students

in the Southern Minnesota communities of Lakefield and Jack-

son. Our communities pride themselves on being welcoming to

all. They promote a healthy, active lifestyle for all ages, valuing

our youth, and celebrating diversity. The JCC community is in

the center of many attractions. Whether your passion is snow-

mobiling, hunting, fishing, camping, or bird watching, it’s all

within driving distance. The JCC community is always ready to

participate and support the school. The Booster Club has do-

nated approximately $60,000 over the past three years, and to

date, the JCC Education Foundation has raised over $230,000

from local businesses and community members. The District’s

proximity to the interstate allows the community to continually

expand manufacturing, ag services, and emerging technology.
