Whether it’s a large or small conference, wedding or party, board meeting or high calibre product launch, the Melbourne Star will make your next event unforgettable.
Our spaces are perfect for events from 2 guests to 1000+.
The Star Room can accommodate up to 350 guests for a cocktail style, 250 guests for a banquet and offers a flexible conference space to suit a range of configurations. Two boardrooms are ideal for break-out areas, confidential meetings or presentations.
Our Private Cabins are of course the star attraction and provide dramatic city views, perfect for intimate events with premium hosted food and beverage service. Delight your guests with arrival canapés and drinks with a view, use them as a novel break out space during your conference or as a welcome activity – the sky’s the limit!
The Alfresco Piazza and Star Reception Deck are perfect for bespoke events, product launches and family days.

Drop-off areas for coaches are available in Pearl River Road. Parking is available on Observation Drive.Drivers may make use of the Tourism Lounge, Located in Harbour Town Shopping Centre.
Bookings can be made for individuals or groups of up to 20 guests per cabin.
Cabins can accommodate up to 14 guests per flight when complemented by a food and beverage service.
Flight time on the Melbourne Star is 30 minutes, but we strongly recommend your guests allow 60 minutes in total to include a relaxing pre-and post-flight experience.
