With the eAuthor you acquire a modern authoring system as part of the inside Learning & Performance Cloud, enabling you to create a multitude of media easily and efficiently – even with gamification: simple or complex learning, training and working media, quizzes, assess-ments and many more.

The eAuthor stands for flexibility and professionalism and offers the right solution for every requirement. Equipped with the HTML5 standard and SCORM/xAPI compatibility, all media created with the eAuthor can be used universally regardless of the target platform – whether online, offline or via app.

Together with the optional eXperience Space, a modern per-formance and learning portal is available, in which all media

for e-learning, blended learning, performance support and workplace learning are provided based on freely configurable learning spaces. A complete qualification process can also be controlled via the learning space. At the same time, the eXperience Space provides comprehen-sive tracking and evaluation options (Learning analytics), because all learning and editing states of the learner are stored centrally there and can be accessed via dashboards.

The eXperience Space is directly linked to the authoring area, making publications or updates directly available to learners and eliminating the need for transferring them to an external learning management system first.

Flexible & modularly upgradeableWith the eAuthor you do not only remain fully flexible when creating and using media, but also with the choice of configuration of the authoring system. The eAuthor can, for example, be licensed dependent on the number of authors and the desired media. Diverse modules or exten-sive design packages can be added – even subsequently. With the eAuthor you get an authoring system customized to your needs. You remain flexible and have a future-proof authoring system right at your disposal.

A Medium for all DevicesWhen creating media, you don’t have to worry about which devices the content is to be used on. All media created with the eAuthor work perfectly on many devices without the need for modifications. The various screen resolutions and device orientations (landscape/portrait) are fully supported thanks to mature responsive design. Gestures, such as swi-ping on tablet screens, are also supported.

The eAuthor is simple and intuitive to operate. Inter-active media can be created without the need for programming knowledge, and looks not only profes-sional but can also be used on various end devices. All resources – graphics, images, videos, animations etc. – are stored centrally and redundancy-free thanks to efficient knowledge management.

Central changes of texts, resources or variables are auto-matically changed at each point of use in each media. Further, you have access to a comprehensive selection of question types to review learning success.
