> To build a Broadband Data Backbone for fast switching of Data and Voice traffics. • The choice of Ethernet and IP is based on the domination of IP

traffic due to the Internet and the ease of building software over an IP network.

> To build a data center to accommodate a selection of database, Web, E-mail servers to lay the groundwork for e-Government software applications. • Such choice of equipment shall be heavily dependant on the use

of the government services that will is subject to this project.
