Communicate, Collaborate & Create: Connecting the Dots in the Community YOU serveJulianne Moore, Youth Services ManagerIredell County Public Library

Communicate, Collaborate & Create!

The three C’s for having a big impact in YOUR library community: Communicate: Become known in your community both inside and

outside of the library. Collaborate: Form partnerships with other institutions, organizations, and

individuals who want to make a difference. Create: Once you have made connections and aligned your ideas, you

can create programs that meet the needs of the communities that YOU serve.

Communicate

meeting Present to your library board or county commissioners Present at and/or attend workshops to build your network Visit local schools to promote library programs and services
