Your child will receive a new conduct sheet every three weeks. The conduct sheet should be signed each week by a
parent/guardian and shown to your child’s homeroom teacher on Monday.
The conduct sheet will be kept in a pocket inside your child’s agenda.
Conduct sheets will be used for citizenship grades.
Learning from mistakes made on an assignment is
very important so students may accurately correct any daily assignment that has a grade below a 70.
The agenda is provided for students to record all daily work, assignments, and weekly goals for every class each day. 5th grade uses an agenda to help students develop good study and organizational habits. The students are required to bring their agendas to every class and record their assignments. Please initial agendas nightly after reviewing their homework assignments. Additionally, students will be setting weekly goals each Monday that they will strive to achieve.
5th grade will follow the student handbook for late
work policy.
