ScheduleFriday

• Come to School as usual in the morning.• Collect your child from school at 12:20pm.

• Take them home and give them a good lunch to prepare them for the weekend.

• Arrive at the Arethusa Centre at 4:00pm in the Car park at the rear. Wait here until we come to

collect the children.• This is when you leave and enjoy your quiet

weekend.

ScheduleFriday - continued

• The children will have a tour of the centre and do the fire talk.

• Before they have their dinner they will make their beds (you may need to

practice this before you send them).• After dinner they will have an evening

activity in the Gym and go for a swim in the pool.

ScheduleSaturday• A swim in the river at 6:00am.• They will have Breakfast at 8:30am• A day full of activities with lunch at 12:30pm

and dinner at 5:30pm.• In the evening they will get a chance to go to

the shop and we will all watch a film together before bed.

ScheduleSunday• They will pack and tidy their rooms

before breakfast at 8:30am.• They will do remaining activities until

12:30pm when they will have lunch.• At 2:00pm you will pick your child up

in the car park, where you dropped them off. Please wait there until we bring them round.

GROUPSWe will choose the groups they are in and will assign an adult with each group. We will try and split room mates up as much as we can.They will be allowed to choose the people they share their room with but not their working groups.Boy’s rooms will consist of 4 children. And Girl’s rooms will consist of 6 children. You must give your rooms in to Mr Baldwin by next Friday (written down on paper please).If you are struggling to sort your rooms don’t worry, we’ll sort it.

BuildingsWe are the only school on site and will have two buildings. One for the boys

and one for the girls.There are showers and toilets at the end

of each corridor.The buildings are always locked and staff are the only ones who have the

keys.

Kit• You have been given a kit list as a guide.• Please make sure you name all clothes. • Include a bin bag to put the wet and

muddy clothes in.• Don’t go out and buy new clothes, send

old clothes as there are no guarantees they’ll return in one piece.

• When you pack for them I’ll advise sending a back that is bigger than you need. They seem to shrink a lot when they have to pack them themselves.

Don’t forget:Toiletries (shower gel, toothpaste

toothbrush etc).Swimming costumes (goggles if

required).Towel (Maybe two)

Bin BagWaterproofs

Shoes to get muddyHats, gloves and scarves.

Money for shop (No more than £5).Bedding ( Pillow case, Duvet cover or

sleeping bag).

Don’t bring:Any electronicsMobile phones

Expensive camerasAerosols (roll-ons only).

Medication:• Everyone must have filled in the forms and if

there is any medication at all please see us before we go and tell us what it is and when they need it. We don’t want to find any medication in bags when we arrive.
