Preliminary Project Schedule:

• July 5 – Start of construction, site mobilization

• July 5 to Mid-August – Fairoaks, Downing Lane and Downshire Lane

o Installation and Pressuring Testing

• Mid-August to Late September – Downing Square, Downshire Circle and Downshire Square

o Installation and Pressure Testing

• Late September to Early October – Final completion of project

o Milling and paving

Potential Project Impacts:

• Some instances of rolling lane closures; flaggers to direct traffic through construction zone

• Some instances of restricted driveway access as pipe is installed; prior notice to affected residences

• Possible delays due to weather, necessary parts replacement, delay in receiving parts
