Automated Aggregation We use a mix of proprietary ruby and python web scrapers to aggregate data from open government data sets (VA, SAMSHA etc), non-profit data sets, excel sheets/pdfs shared with us, and other general databases we find. Our community team supports with this. Post-Processing We process this data set by removing duplicated data, verifying if the phone number is accurate, if the address is still active, combining relevant fields, and standardizing data fields. We then run scripts to categorize services by resource type, eligibility, languages offered, intake requirements, and hours of operation.

Call Center We have a call center validate data throughout the year (every six months) and can extend accounts to community partners to maintain their own information. In addition, users can edit and update information which is then reviewed by the Healthify team. Automated Processing We are implementing CrowdFlower to automate service updates for verification of basic and low-level contact information every three months.

Current distribution of responsibilities throughout the company. Period to reevaluate salaries/negotiation. Bonuses.

We can conduct training cohort analysis to understand how we are onboarding organizations long-term. Our trainings are web-based with core users and administrators. They are case study based and take 30-45 minutes with a slightly extended time for admins to review reporting and user administration. For large group trainings (25+) we are happy to conduct in-person. We support with retraining's based on engagement data and follow up with pdf and video training as supplements. These are accessible on our site for easy access. We can further implement a train-the-trainer model for larger organizations that have a dedicated employee on-boarding process.
