Improves performance and retention

How PLTL Works at Miramar College

Peer Leaders Volunteer or Enroll in Service Learning

Peer Leaders work closely with faculty throughout the semester

Peer Leaders receive a guidebook with faculty and staff contact information and helpful tips, best practices, etc.
