effective and healthy ways to manage your stress.
Identify goals you would like to achieveThink about how stress is affecting your life. Are you over committed and
need to focus on time management skills? Is stress keeping you from sleeping
through the night? Jot down a stress management goal or two that you
would like to address during the next six weeks. For example, one of your
goals could be going to bed by 10 p.m. each night, or you might want to
concentrate on spending quality time with your family every day.
Identify your health risksHealth risks can sneak up on you if you ignore them. Log in to Blue Access
for MembersSM and give the Health Assessment (HA) a whirl. The HA will
give facts about your health risks and may give insight about where you
should focus your stress control tactics.
