countries without a US Government permit.• Recent instances in academia led to fines and

penalties to person and institution.

(starting July 1, 2014).• Quick and easy.• Protects traveler and OHSU.• Support services and documents provided.

International Travel• Syria, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and other

embargoed countries require at least 6 months notice.

• Other countries - please try to submit at least one week prior to travel.

meeting with restricted parties (bad guys).• OHSU will process any needed export permits

for travel if required.• Note: First time registration needed
