Behavior

What’s my Classroom Management Plan???

Positive Environment

Focus on Lifeskill Traits

Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic

We all make mistakes. It’s how we pick ourselves up after we fall that helps define who we are .

Grades The grading system is based on written work (including

assignments, quizzes, and tests) teacher observations, informal assessments, projects, and class participation. Grades are given on a point system, and based on the following percentages:

90-100%A80-89% B70-79% C60-69% D0-59% F

I do not “give” students grades.

They “earn” them.
