1. Open App Store and search for avaya one-x mobile preferred for ip office.

2. Download Avaya one-X Mobile Preferred for IPO app and open the Avaya Mobile app from your home screen.

3. You will be ask 2 questions before being able to accept the EULA. Once we have made a selection on both pop ups accept the EULA.

4. You will be brought to a Settings screen. Enter the FQDN of your one-x server for the Server ID. Enter your Username and Password. (Username is case sensitive.)

5. Scroll down and verify that ‘Validate Server Certificates’ is enabled. Press Done once settings are entered.

6. On the main screen of the one-x app press the Call Settings button.

7. Change from the default option to VoIP. Press Ok once set to VoIP.

(If you receive the below message press settings and set to Always or WiFi Only.)

Note: If you set VoIP operation mode to Always One-X will use cellular data when not connected to WiFi.

8. You should now be at the below screen. If you have a green orb and also a green handset you are connected to the one-x server using VoIP.
