WEAK WEAK CHURCH CHURCH

LEADERSHILEADERSHIPP

1.  Hesitating To Take Definitive Action.

The inability or refusal of a leader to decisively take action, impedes or slows down other leaders and members of the team.

Leaders who are worthy to lead are able to make decisions quickly, confidently and follow through on them.  That makes them leaders who are worthy to be followed.

2.  2.  Complaining About A Lack of Complaining About A Lack of ResourcesResources..

As leaders we never have enough resources.

There are always one or two things we could use.  Nevertheless, great leaders know how to take the limited resources they do have and figure out how to get the job done.

3.  Refusing To Take Responsibility.Strong and great leaders do not blame.  Instead, they understand they are accountable for the results and accept full responsibility for the outcomes.

5.  Engaging in Acts of

Insubordination.

1.Do I hesitate to take definitive action? 2.Do I complain about a lack of resources? 3.Do I refuse to take responsibility? 4.Do I abuse my privileges as a leader? 5.Do I refuse to submit to my leadership?

1.Lead by example. Everything a leader does must be done with honesty and integrity. Your team must be proud to tell others who their sponsor/leader is. A true leader will always tell the truth when asked.

2.Duplication. An effective leader must teach the power of duplication. If your down line is unable to duplicate the things that you do, your organization will fall apart. Duplication starts at the top.

3.Self Improvement. An effective leader will always work on themselves, will work on improving the way they do things, will work on the way they teach others.

4.Sacrifice. A true leader will always sacrifice many things in order to help the church grow

5.ListeningIf you want to make your church grow just do what your leader does and that is to listen.

"Successful leadership is not

about being tough or soft, sensitive or assertive, but about a set of attributes.

First and foremost is character"

— Warren Bennis
