1.  Hesitating To Take Definitive Action.

The inability or refusal of a leader to decisively take action, impedes or slows down other leaders and members of the team.

Leaders who are worthy to lead are able to make decisions quickly, confidently and follow through on them.  That makes them leaders who are worthy to be followed.

1.Lead by example. Everything a leader does must be done with honesty and integrity. Your team must be proud to tell others who their sponsor/leader is. A true leader will always tell the truth when asked.

2.Duplication. An effective leader must teach the power of duplication. If your down line is unable to duplicate the things that you do, your organization will fall apart. Duplication starts at the top.

"Successful leadership is not

about being tough or soft, sensitive or assertive, but about a set of attributes.

First and foremost is character"
