Indemnification
• Protects the customer if a third party files an intellectual property claim based on their use of Subversion open source software obtained from WANdisco.
• Protects against four types of intellectual property infringements: patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
• Covers repair, replacement, legal expenses and damages up to a limit of four times the value of the Support Agreement.
• Only available with WANdisco’s Platinum and Platinum Plus support contracts.

Subversion System Health Check
• Available with Platinum or Platinum Plus Plans.
• Support engineers review customer’s Subversion implementation remotely
• Examine, hardware, software and network configuration.
• Review administration and monitoring procedures, including backup, recovery and replication.
• Provide a report of findings with recommendations for any changes

The bug buddy provides:
• Single point of contact for priority one support issues who will manage them until they are resolved.

Access Control
• Prevents unauthorized access attempts and alerts security administrators immediately when they occur.
• Allows access control to be implemented at the SVNROOT, branch, directory or file levels.
• Access privileges can be assigned at a group level, and inherited by users within the group. Users can be assigned to multiple groups.
• Client IP addresses can also be used to assign access privileges. This feature can be useful when development work is outsourced and actual users may be unknown.

Access Control
• Extensive audit reports track every user access to the repository and any access violations. Reports show:

– Date/time stamp,
– IP address of the client machine used
