Purpose & Applicability

• This slideshow offers tips on how to get the most out of RUSLE2 instructions and guidance in Powerpoint format.

• If you have Powerpoint experience, you can probably skip this.

Start by Viewing Slideshow

• I recommend quickly running through an entire slideshow once before implementing its instructions.

• This will give you a general overview of what is involved before you start working.

• It will also give you a sense of whether or not it is worth printing the slideshow.

To start slideshow, click

One advantage of starting the slideshow is that you can click

directly on links to other documents, locations, or

websites

Move forward or back through the slideshow by hitting “Page

Down” or “Page Up”

To end the slideshow, hit “Esc” in the top left corner of your

keyboard

Printing Options

• If desired, you can print Powerpoint slides

• Printing slides (one per page) makes small print easier to read, but uses more paper.

• Printing handouts (two or more slides per page) makes small print harder to read, but saves paper. I recommend this option.

To print one slide per page

Select “Slides”

Begin the import process by selecting “Import RUSLE2

database” from the Database menu

To print multiple slides per page

Select “Handouts”Select the number of

slides per page desired
