To: Board of School Directors From: Ed Poprik RE: PlanCon Part A&B approval for Corl Street, Houservil le, and Radio Park Projects Date: June 27, 2016 Recommend that the Board of School Directors accept the PlanCon Part A and B approvals for the potential Corl Street, Houserville, and Radio Park projects as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). Background: PDE has approved our PlanCon Part A “Project Justification” and Part B “Schematic Design” submissions for the potential Corl Street, Houserville, and Radio Park projects. As part of the process, the Board must accept the approvals and enter the correspondence as part of the meeting minutes. (Attached) PlanCon is the multi-phased process by which PDE authorizes State reimbursements to local school districts for construction projects.
