“May 19th- National Call of Duty”

Game Type: Team High Performance Exercise requires physical activity.

Games Goal: Team work, building stronger teams, Targetting for the team, stress and time management. Direct and clear communication skills.

Duration: 4 to 8 hours.

Number of Participants: 20 – 200.

Location: Ağva – Hacıllı Village

Difficulty Level: Over the average.

BASIC FEATURES

“National Call of Duty” game is an alternative, an energetic and pro-active way of being outdoors and develop team spirit among all the participants.

The game is briefly consisted of survival methods, map reading - orientation, strategy developing, decision making, critical thinking. What differiates it from the others is the experience is gone through.

We believe in PEOPLE. Our crew are professionals who have been in the business for years. When needed all programs can be observed by experieneced Psychologists and Organizational Behavior Specialists. Our programs are custom-designable Role Playing Games.

RESULT:

FEED BACK and REPORTING

Psychologists and Organizational Behavior Specialists observations are presented and shared with the participants on the site.

All the output and input are reported and presented to project manager(s) and HR Manager in hard copy.

With schedualed surveys, we observe how much of the information, insight and experience is adapted to daily life.
