Usability TestingA user test is a collection of tasks or scenarios youwant your customers to perform on your website.

You will provide scenario and navigation type questions which you want them to respond to outloud. An example task could be, "Find the page onour website that has our online store." You willrecord usually by video seeking prior permission.
