• Developing Framework 0.2 & on-line tool• 16 core BCE processes identified – now

being mapped using KSBs• Focus groups around the UK April & May –

we’d like you to attend • Input and feedback to ensure design of

Framework & tool are on track • Final version of the Framework and on-

line tool – July 2012
