This presentation is the documentation of activities of

poor families in Kenya are learning new technology skills to

make a simple tomato jam, yoghurt and soap.

These micro-projects funded by MicroAid Projects. These micro-projects managed by COSDEP, a Community Facilitation Partners

Boiling tomatoes to make tomato’s jam

Decoction tomatoes stirring constantly so soft and can be filtered

Tomatoes that have been boiled, filtered into bottles to make tomato jam

Boil the potatoes to make soap

Stirring the stew of potatoes during boiling

Potato decoction stirring constantly until smooth

Mixing raw materials

all raw materials were mixed and stirred continued

Soap and packaged ready-to-wear

Filter the milk to make yogurt

Stored milk mixture until it becomes yogurt
