With 125 years of expertise, Triumph has blossomed from a small family-runcorsetry business in Germany to a highly successful luxury lingerie brand.Triumph is now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of lingerie andoperates in over 40 countries.Triumph have built up a reputation for innovation, and isexperiencing rapid growth which has created a need fortalented, dynamic individuals. To meet this requirementTriumph utilised a range of recruitment suppliers, which ledto an inconsistent and often fragmented process.

Therefore Triumph looked to source one recruitmentsupplier who can manage the full end to end recruitmentprocess across a range of sectors including Marketing,Merchandising, HR and Sales.

BPS was selected due to their extensive database ofluxury/retail candidates and wealth of expertise in deliveringrecruitment solutions to this sector.

Triumph’s first requirement was for a Head of Sales, this isa role which Triumph’s other recruitment partners had beenstruggling to fill, due to its niche nature. Triumph required acandidate who had a specific lingerie background andproven track record of generating sales within this industry.

To resource this requirement BPS used their marketleading specialist search approach, conducting thoroughresearch, identifying the right candidate utilising the latesttechnologies from social media to video, promotingTriumph as an employer of choice and then presentingthe candidate.

BPS then became the primary recruitment partner forTriumph and successfully recruited across a range ofsectors.

To ensure BPS delivers the right person every time, theyinvest significant time and resource in understanding theTriumph business explicitly. They meet with hiringmanagers, develop a collaborative partnership andbecome brand advocates, which guarantees that everycandidate whether employed or not, are given anexcellent impression of Triumph.

The results of this partnership have been extremelybeneficial, with a 90% fill rate and a significant reductionin time to hire.
