Triumph – supporting their recruitment needs… With 125 years of expertise, Triumph has blossomed from a small family-run corsetry business in Germany to a highly successful luxury lingerie brand. Triumph is now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of lingerie and operates in over 40 countries. Triumph have built up a reputation for innovation, and is experiencing rapid growth which has created a need for talented, dynamic individuals. To meet this requirement Triumph utilised a range of recruitment suppliers, which led to an inconsistent and often fragmented process.
