• 22.9M iPads sold in Q1 2013 – 33% increase over Q4 2012

• Online courses that are either very small (5 – 10 minutes) or BIG – but consumable in small pieces w/ no expectation people finish them.

• Online reference tools instead of courses.

• Videos that engage, offer just-in-time tips, serve as alternative to text.
