Residence is guaranteed for all new full-time students entering their first year of university in an undergraduate program provided they have indicated their interest in residence by completing the University’s common residence application (MyRes) by March 31 and have received and accepted an offer of admission by June 01.

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ENROLMENT SERVICES

• Make sure all grades are in percentage form out of 100% (i.e. not letter grades) – required for self-reporting grades

• Make sure the name of the course is not so long that it cuts off important information, such as grade level

• Avoid course codes like “Advanced Math 11/12” – is it Grade 11 or Grade 12?

• Scan multiple pages of a transcript into ONE file – Plain Text, PDF, Microsoft Word, JPEG, TIF (up to 4MB)

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ENROLMENT SERVICES

• If the applicant is an IB diploma student, please use the U of T predicted IB form

• If the applicant is doing IB certificates only, there is no need to use the predicted form

• Be sure that IB certificate courses are listed on the high school transcript and have percentage grades out of 100%

• BC’s PSI system can be used for final grades • Students should be working to meet the conditions

of their offer otherwise they will be rescinded
