2015 Challenges us to:

• Massively increase TMP and TLP scale and relevance.

• Enable an increasing number of short-term and easily accessible team experiences

• Ensure enough human capacity and the right type of talent in our network

So the plan to "drive" this is...

Creating more accessible team experiences based on team purpose

1. Creating more team experiences based on specific needs and purpose

2. Recruitment based on specific needs, interest or skills

3. Creating short-term experiences

4. Partnering with other organizations

AI part in the execution• Driving behavior of collaboration• Running country/territory prototypes• System development and education on

programme management• Running global prototypes on new ways of

Experience assessment• Developing global partnerships for plug-in

experiences and global alliances• Delivering the Global Driver Feedback and

evaluation methods

And the activities are…

#1: Creating more team experiences based on

specific needs and purpose

• Team experiences need to fulfill a team purpose set up for a concrete need.

• All team purposes and specific needs should to be internal and external relevant

Some examples• Review the role and relevance of

existing teams based on its purpose

• Open TM and TL opportunities based on specific needs and team purpose

• Redesign individual JDs based on team purpose.

#2: Recruitment based on specific needs, interest or skills

• Recruitment is based on needs of the organization and interest of people

1. What do young people want to do?

2. What does the external reality needs young people to do?

3. What does the AIESEC network need young people to do?

Some examples

• Define specific recruitment channels, periods, targets based on specific needs

• Recruits for TLP directly

#3: Creating short-term experiences

• Short-term means fast, intense, focused experiences with a team purpose and specific need in mind

• Growth and stability of the programmes by creating and managing short-term experiences

• Short-term experiences enable up-sales for multiple programmes

Some examples• Pipeline planning and management

through MyAIESEC.net

• Redesign structures to provide short-term experiences

• Packaging experiences with combination of all ELD programmes

#4: Partnering with other organizations

• Create a pool of TMP-TLP participants with:– Practical experience around leadership,

world issues or management

– Already part of activities like international internships, leadership development and a global issues

Some examples• Design plug-in experiences including

EwA and ELD programmes

• Open the scope for new type of skills/profiles through other organizations (law, arts, technology, etc.)
