NOTE: The green tea in this meal plan is just “plain green tea”. Please don’t confuse it with the slimming teas being sold out there. I DO NOT endorse any slimming tea whatsoever. You can buy plain green tea from any major shop and they should sell for between N500 – N800. A popular brand is twinnings or Lipton green tea. Other brands are also ok too. You can swap the meals around. It’s flexible. E.g. If you have ingredients for a certain breakfast for day 8, you can eat day 8 breakfast on day 1 or vice versa. SMOOTHIES: The smoothies in this meal plan are sweet tasting. If you don’t like smoothies, you can snack on your fruits without blending it. WATER: Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Very important!
