Rules – Grand Prize Trip

• Only Practice Principals/Owners can register the practice for entry into the Grand Prize Trip– Account sales will not be tracked until a Practice Principal or

Owner registers the account– Only one trip for two can be awarded per location

• All stock and Rx jobs count towards goal– Returned stock will be removed from Promotion– Banked stock only counted when shipped out from lab

• Each Transitions job and each Crizal job over and above baseline counts towards point totals

Baselines for Grand Prize Trip

• Registered ECPs are provided a practice baseline– Specific to each location

• Calculation for Baseline:– Based on combined unit sales of Crizal and Transitions lenses from March – May 2011

• This total is divided by 3 to determine Average jobs per month (JPM)

– If JPM >20, the location’s baseline is this JPM

– If JPM <20, the location’s baseline will be 20 JPM

Grand Prize Trip Incentive

Points:• Earn points for each Crizal and

Transitions order– Including Crizal stock

• Combine and earn more points!

Exception:• Certain non-Essilor labs do not report Transitions orders, will be noted in Rules and will not be counted towards trip eligibility

Trips to be awarded based on points earned over and above your practice baseline!

Grand Prize Points Tracking

• Two ways to track your earned promotion points:– Electronic tracking through ECP login at PreferredPairings.com

• Points available to view around 6 weeks after the close of the month

– Utilize provided promotion poster to manually track your progress

ECP Baseline = 20 JPM October sales = 32 JPM

Total October Points Earned = 12

Daily and Monthly Prizes

• All registered practice staff members can play by answering up to two online trivia questions per day– Play at PreferredPairings.com – Prize value varies each day

• $10, $25 or $50 AMEX gift cards– 10 winners per day

• Each month 2 lucky winners will get a $500 AMEX card– Drawing based on total daily entries

You can win multiple times! There is no limit to the total number of daily or monthly wins!
