Personal Learning Service (PLuS)
• PLPs are created by Learning Advisors.
• A Learning Advisor reviews every response in each Learning Profile. Then builds and releases a PLP in 7-10 business days.
• Development can be learner-centered, manager-driven, or competency-focused.
• An email notification lets the manger and learner know that the PLP is available.
PLuS helps employees, managers, and organizations by providing Personal Learning Plans (PLPs).
