This is a Bank Holiday in Britain.

A Day Trip to Newgrange and Melifont Abbey. A Day Trip to Newgrange and Melifont Abbey. Newgrange is a pre-Christian burial mound, older than the pyramids, situated north of Dublin.

Melifont Abbey is the ruins of a Cistercian Abbey and dates originally to the 12th century, rebuilt in the 13th century.
