ObservationsRick, the vice president, was very energetic and nice. He did not say one mean thing but was well respected in the office. He had a decoration in his office that said “Make it Happen”. He said that it inspired him to do his best.

Observations

Paul kept talking about how he gets mad that one of his co workers always asks him if the boss left yet. At the meeting I attended, these two were arguing and nothing got resolved.

Observations

Paul's inspiration was his penguin because it reminded him of his daughter who loves penguins.

Observations

Karen, a short woman with red hair always talked in an aggressive voice and it seemed like she always got her way.

Observations

The other workers don’t really talk to her because her office is in the corner and she is also very sarcastic. However I did ask what inspires her and she said her plane. She said it reminded her of her dad who was a pilot.

Observations

Mr. Tadlo, the boss, has a great relationship with all of his workers especially Rick and Paul. They joke around and listen to each others ideas but at the same time they have fun

ObservationsThis is an example of how being nice can create good relationships which leads to a better workplace. He also has something that inspires him. A cardholder with golf decorations that his son gave him.

Cheer Chew

The laughing gas creates a rise in the sensation of happiness. It makes the brain think more innovatively instead of being negative and close minded. The gum could be used to relieve stress in the workplace.
