• Breakfast: FUEL Meal• Mid-AM: FUEL Snack

Lunch: FUEL MealMid-PM: FIRE Snack

• Dinner: FIRE Meal No food within 2 hours of going to bed.

FIRE Meals

1. 2-3 eggs with 1-2 cups vegetables with 2 tsp of coconut oil 2. Fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey over bed of greens + avocado or

2 tsp of Olive Oil3. Protein Shake (water or unsweetened almond milk) 4. Fish, shrimp, chicken turkey with 1-2 cups steamed

vegetables.5. repeat any other meal or shake

FUEL (with FREE meal)

• 1 packet Oatmeal with ½ berries and 1 scoop of protein powder

• Fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey over bed of greens with Sweet potato, brown rice or sprouted grain bread

• Apple & 10-20 raw almonds• greek yogurt with 1 cup of berries• Protein Pancakes
