Ideas for ChangeThrough our research, my colleagues and I have

determined that something must be done about the lack of quality teachers. Many administrators may say that classes and workshops are the way to go, but we beg to differ. Simply remembering that at the end of the day, we are all humans, may be enough. Connect with students on a personal level in order to connect on a higher educational level. We wish to send a message to all teachers: You were children once too, incorporate that fact into your teaching. You don't have to be our best friends, just understand that we are learning not only about Columbus and Pre Calculus, but about ourselves as people too.
