Cuisine is one of the most essential part of any country’s culture.

There are 262 countries in the world.

All in all, every man has its own taste. But we have to respect all cuisines of the world.

Australian Cuisine

A dish that you can feed the most fastidious

child. In fact, it's a fun sandwich. Slices of white bread cut into triangles, spread butter

and sprinkle with colored pills (which are used to decorate pastries).

Latin America Cuisine

Latin American cuisine refers to typical foods, beverages, and cooking styles common to many of the countries and cultures in Latin America.

Some items typical of Latin American cuisine include maize-based dishes  and various salsas and other condiments

Salsa is the Spanish term for sauce, and in English-speaking countries usually refers to the often tomato-based, hot sauces typical of Mexican cuisine

Maize known in some English-speaking countries as corn

Sofrito, a culinary term that originally referred to a specific combination of sauteed or braised aromatics, exists in Latin American cuisine. It refers to a sauce of tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, garlic, onions and herbs.

Latin American beverages are just as distinct as their foods. Some of the beverages can even date back to the times of the Native Americans. Some popular beverages include mate, hibiscus tea, horchata, chicha, atole, cacao .

North America Cuisine

North American cuisine consists of foods native to or popular in countries of North America, such as 

Canadian cuisine,  American cuisine, Mexican cuisine,  Central American cuisine.

North American cuisines display influence from many international cuisines, including

•Native American cuisine,•Jewish cuisine, •Asian cuisine, •and especially European cuisine. 

Apple pie is one of a number of American cultural icons.

Blue crab was used on the eastern and southern coast of what is now the U.S. mainland.

Spruce beer is a beverage flavored with the buds, needles, or essence of spruce trees. Spruce beer can refer to either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

Ice wine (or icewine) is a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine

African Cuisine

The continent of Africa is the second largest landmass on Earth, and is home to hundreds of different cultural and ethnic groups. This diversity is also reflected in the many local culinary traditions in terms of choice of ingredients, style of preparation and cooking techniques.

Traditionally, the various cuisines of Africa use a combination of locally available fruits, cereal grains and vegetables, as well as milk and meat products.

 Depending on the region, there are also sometimes quite significant differences in the eating and drinking habits and proclivities throughout the continent's many populations: Central Africa, East Africa, the Horn of Africa, North Africa, Southern Africa and West Africa Each have their own distinctive dishes,

preparation techniques, and consumption mores.

Kitcha fit-fit, a mainstay in Eritrean cuisine, is presented with a scoop of fresh yoghurt and topped with spice.

Xalwo, the Somali version of halva, is a staple of Somali cuisine.

Jollof rice is a popular dish throughout West Africa

Beef and chicken are favorite meat dishes,

but game meat preparations containing 

crocodile, monkey, antelope and warthog are also served

occasionally.

European Cuisine

 Steak in particular is a common dish across the West.

European cuisine, or  Western cuisine, is a generalised term collectively referring to the cuisines of Europe and other Western countries

The cuisines of Western countries are

diverse by themselves, although there are

common characteristics that distinguish

Western cooking from cuisines of Asian

countries and others.

Asia Cuisine

Asian cuisine styles can be broken down into several tiny regional styles that have rooted the peoples and cultures of those regions. The major types can be roughly defined as: • East Asian• Southeast Asian•  South Asian• Central Asian • and Middle Eastern.

Pilaf  is a dish in which rice is cooked in a seasoned broth.

 In some cases, the rice may also attain its brown color by being stirred with bits of cooked onion, as well as a large mix of spices. Depending on the local cuisine, it may also contain meat, fish, vegetables, and (dried) fruits.
