Stefania Celsi, partner in Accenture until 2010, in charge of international and national clients, member of the Executive Committee as Human Capital & Diversity lead for Italy, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Romania; member of the Accenture Italian Foundation committee, in 2009, she was among the 70 women in Italy, chosen as “Ready for Board”.
Luciano Serra (CEO), President of Euroenergy S.p.A (Eurogroup) and Greenpv Management S.r.l. and Director other companies . He began his career in management consulting at Andersen Consulting followed by Bain&Company. Top manager of ICT companies like Sogei, Finsiel & Almaviva. Since 2008 he is an entrepreneur in the field of renewable energy and business services as partner and manager of various start-ups
Innocenzo Cipolletta (President of the Advisory Board), Knight of the Grand Cross, President of UBS Italia SIM S.p.A & the University of Trento. Past President of the FS, Il Sole 24 Ore, Marzotto SpA, and Director General of Confindustria. He has held managerial roles within the OECD and the ISCO. He was a Professor at the Univ. La Sapienza di Roma, at LUISS, Cesare Alfieri of Florence and the Univ. Of Reggio Calabria. He has various scientific publications and books to his name.
Renzo Noceti, Founding partner of key2people, he began his career developing HR for a major company in Italy. In 1994 he was head of the organization division at the Univ. Cattolica . In 1997, he was the recruitment manager for Deloitte Consulting during the entire transformation process. Since 2000 he works on Executive Search.
Luciano Martucci, is the President of The Innovation Group, a management consultancy/services and research firm specialized in technological innovation. Member of the Assolombarda Executive committee and the Fondazione Fiera Milano. He was Country General Manager of IBM Italia between 2007 & 2009 and then President of IBM Italia until January 2010.
Pierantonio Guiglia, Economics graduate and a senior associate in Agrè International where he looks after Joint Venture and M&A crossborder, consulting for investements towards east Europe, India for small to medium sized firms in the following sectors: mechanical , fashion, agribusiness, ceramics and Logistics. In the past he was in Deloitte&Touche as Senior Auditor for large corporations. He was a controller in the Bosch group in Italy.
Massimo Potenza, CEO of Pernigotti. He has spent most of his career in Barilla Group, at beginning in the Financial & Control department, then from 2003 as General Manager of the Bakery Business Unit (with prestigious brands like Mulino Bianco , Pavesi , Wasa ), being appointed Group CEO in 2007
Cristina Calabrese, began her career in a leading company of the IT sector (Olivetti) & then Telecommunications (Vodafone Omnitel). Within Olivetti she held various roles always to do with personnel and them with the establishment of Omnitel she became in charge of Recruiting for technical management staff, Head of HR planning and development and then finally Director of organizational development. Since 2003, she is a partner of key2people, an executive search agency and from 2005 she has been the lead at the agency’s Rome offices.

multicultural husband. She has a degree in International economics and a master in International business. She has
developed significant experience in manufacturing companies in the apparel industry and others, focusing on the
development of products and markets, especially in India and China. She has helped launch start-ups in these countries.
She has lived in various continents and speaks fluently English, Spanish and Chinese.
L., a second generation Chinese economist, with a Master in Finance & Business Administration, multicultural
background due to origins, studies and professional experience
She speaks Chinese, Italian, English and French, and straight after graduating from Bocconi University, she started
working in Beijing for a legal firm, on projects in cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, helping Italian companies to find

CASE HISTORY OF MANDATES FOR MULTICULTURL PROFILES
CASE 1 – Recruitment of CEO for the branch in India
Customer Profile: Italian Group, leader in the supply of components and equipment for highway vehicles and
agricultural machinery. The production strategy was to keep in Italy the high density unit of Research and
Development and transfer in India the production of metal components, necessary to obtain high economies of
scale, and the activities related to procurement of raw materials.
Request: The Managing Director of the subsidiary in India was an Indian with poor ability to relate with the
Italian Managers of the Group and this made it difficult to communicate with the Headquarter in Italy. In this
context, it emerged the need to identify a new profile for the management of the company and the expansion of
the local market share .
Place of work: India (North)
Result: The branch is located in Punjab, Northern India, where they have distinctive cultural features (strong
presence of Sikh Ethnic group). B On Board has selected an Indian professional, resident in the area with past
experience with Italian and European companies, able to successfully relate and lead the local team as well as

CASE 2 – Recruitment of International Sales person for China
Customer Profile: The company operates as an exclusive agent/distributor for clothing brands in the fashion
industry. Founded in the late 80s, they have gradually expanded abroad, in particular in countries of the former
Soviet Union, Korea, Japan and more recently China.
Request: During 2012, the Company has sought to hire a Chinese profile, for the development of Chinese market
and then Asia. The Company has carried out the research through the classical job portals (eg. Jobrapido, Infojob)
but did not obtain the desired results, because of the peculiarities of the Chinese community. This was the first
time the Company has not been able to recruit a new resource autonomously.
Place of work: Milan, Italy

found several candidates in line with the requested profile. The client has hired a young boy of Chinese origin,

CASE 3 – Recruitment of a Business Developer for Eastern Europe and Russia
Customer Profile: One of the most important ceramic manufacturer in the international set. It owns ten
successful brands and operates through ten manufacturing plants in Italy, two abroad and commercial branches
in different countries. Set up in the late 70s, it has grown rapidly in Italy and abroad through continuous internal
growth and major acquisitions.
Request: 70% of the production is exported to over 130 countries in five continents. To support this activity, the
company has identified the need to expand the commercial team, especially the one dedicated to the markets of
Eastern Europe and Russia.
Place of work: Russia, Germany
Result: Through various sourcing tools, B On Board has presented a list of candidates consisting of Italian-
Russian, Italian or German profiles with experience in the Russian and Eastern Europe market. Candidates are
