Testing occurs 3 times a year

Test environment needs to be re-configured every time

Test environment (Hardware): 1 Mac OSX server +/- 25 client workstations (Mac) 1 gateway computer (PC)

No officially-designated Test Coordinator or Computer Technician

NWEA does not provide support for servers

+Project Description

Target Audience: HES Faculty & Staff designated to NWEA test

Delivery Method: Printed & bound; electronic formats

Prerequisites: Introduction to NWEA & MAP; basic computer skills; working knowledge of MS Excel, basic understanding of server/client relationship

Design Assumptions: Use of module will be for HES; users will have access to school database, admin access to server; computer with Excel and .pdf reader, technical requirements to administer NWEA MAP test

Assessment: Post survey taken by learners

Learners will be able to:

Create and manage the school’s data for the NWEA MAP test

1.1 create the NWEA CRF 1.2 create the NWEA SPF

1.3 upload files to NWEA 1.4 assign file server configuration

1.5 download tests and data 1.6 upload results to NWEA

1.7 declare testing complete 1.8 order test reports

2.1 set up the NWEA test season folder

3.1 set the configuration for the NWEA client workstation computers
