Current Connections Future Focus a networking and professional development ‘open day’
• 25 service providers exhibited
• 198 people registered to attend training and workshop presentations
• around 150 people showed up on the day

Chronic Relief a community of interest to drive change and innovation in preventing and managing chronic conditions
• Kicks off in October with 8 ‘World Cafes’ for all stakeholders in 4 locations:
• Busselton• Manjimup • Bunbury• Collie
P3 Clinicsa nurse led initiative in chronic condition prevention and management
• Training for 20 nurses and allied health professionals in the Graduate Certificate in Advising on Chronic Disease Self –management
(all places filled) • 12 months SWWAML team
support to establish and evaluate the outcomes for patients in enhanced self management
