OUR WORK

Kajaani New Central Hospital is the first hospital project in Finland based on an alliance contractSweco is responsible for Architectural/Interior design, Structural design, Building Services design (HVAC, BAS, electrical, telecommunication, ICT, AV etc.), as well as Functional and Logistics planning of the Hospital. Sweco’s expertice in alliance projects and user-oriented design methods as well as experience in hospital design, BIM and demanding project management is extensively utilized throughout the project.

BIM helps to succeed in constructionOP-Pohjola Group’s project has been awarded the best BIM construction project in Finland. It is also a winner of the Tekla Global BIM Award 2014. Sweco is part of the project team and responsible for the HVAC and structural design and detailing.
