Develop a Role Statement that clearly outlines:• What skills you are

looking for • What the role is about• Hours per week to

carry out the role.

Pray that God will reveal the right person for you to ask.

Ask the person, give them the Role Statement.

Ask them to pray about it and see if it is something that God is calling them too.
