RGS is an innovative ICT Virtual Reality based solution offering a:

• Registered Software: integrated self-learning algorithms with medical scales & VR Games

• Clinically validated (tested > 100 real patients) & developed according to HL7 standards

• Remote Prescription and Monitoring: Therapist can manage the whole treatment remotely

• Accessibility and Usability: RGS runs on a Standard PC + Internet Connection + Kinect

• Patient's Autonomy and Empowerment:

Patient gains autonomy and gets involved in its own rehabilitation treatment

Customers RGS will initially target and later

This represents 7% of the current cost of a rehabilitation treatment.

Professor Paul Verschure, Research and Managing Director of SPECSInventor of RGS, Psychologist, Neuro-Scientific and ICREA research professor at UPFLeads a group of 25 researchers and has published more than 150 scientific paper in Nature, Science, Neuron or Public Library of Science.

Dr. Armin Duff, Post-Doc Researcher at SPECS research Lab Graduated from Physics in 2004 and obtained his PhD in 2009 at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Zurich. He coordinates the day to day scientific development of RGS and technical implementations.

Carme Buisan. Financial Planning and ManagementSince 1994 has held senior positions in academia (UK, Spain) for the development and management of International R & D projects . She joined SPECS on 2009 and is in charge of financial planning and project development in general.

Christian Moscardi, Technology Transfer OfficerGraduate in Business Administration and Management by University of Barcelona and Universita’ degli Studi diModena. Since 2010 he is part of the project management team and currently focuses on Technology Transfer tasks.
