1. Create an accurate diagram on page 2. • Please include instrumentation using the abbreviations provided on page 3. • Refer to example below

2. Complete the instrumentation list on page 3. • Be sure that the numbers match the instrumentation indicated on page 2.

3. Return the diagram and instrumentation list at least four weeks prior to your Workshop date.

Disney Performing Arts will provide all sticks and mallets for percussion equipment. We can supply one bass ampli�er and one dual input electric guitar ampli�er. Electric bass and guitar players must provide their own patch cables.
